On-Call Consulting Services for FY 2019 Arizona's Socioeconomic Modeling and Reporting Toolbox (AZ-SMART) Phase III Enhancements On Call

The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants capable of providing professional services in the area of AZ-SMART Phase III Enhancements to form an On-Call list of consultants to provide services to MAG.

Detailed SOQ requirements may be obtained by contacting the MAG Office at the address indicated below or may be downloaded from www.azmag.gov, then “RFPs and RFQs.” For further information, please submit questions in writing by email to Jesse Ayers not later than ten (10) working days prior to the closing date of October 16, 2018. Responses to questions will be posted on MAG’s website at www.azmag.gov under “RFPs and RFQs” no later than six (6) working days prior to the closing date of 10/16/2018.

SOQs will be accepted until 12:00 Noon MST (Mountain Standard Time) on October 16, 2018, at MAG, 302 North First Avenue, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85003.

Bidder’s list must be completed through utracs.azdot.gov/BiddersListInfo - Project Number: MPD176570.19-0800-0120. Failure to complete a bidder’s list and attach email confirmation to the SOQ will result in disqualification.
