The Arterial Life Cycle Program (ALCP) is the financial management tool for the arterial street component of the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The prgram provdes information for each project spanning the 20-year life of Proposition 400. This includes project location, regional funding, year of work, type of work, status of the project, and lead agency.
