Jed Billings has been in the Heavy-Highway Construction industry for more than 40 years and CEO of FNF Construction, Inc. since 1986. His firm is currently involved in active transportation projects in Arizona, New Mexico, and California. For the past eleven years, his firm has been ranked as the number one heavy highway contractor by Arizona Business Magazine's Ranking Arizona. Mr. Billings holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University's Del E. Webb School of Construction.  He is currently a member of various boards both locally and nationally including Past Chairman of the Arizona Chapter Associated General Contractors; Past President & Life Director of Arizona Rock Products Association; Board Member Emeritus of Rubber Pavements Past Chairman of the Association Asphalt Technical Institute; State Director of ARTBA, TRIP and the National Asphalt Pavement Association. Mr. Billings is the only Contractor Member of the Maricopa Association of Governments Regional Transportation Plan.
