The submission period has been extended for FY 2020 Technology Support for the Rural Transportation Incubator. Proposals or any revisions, additions or modifications to submittals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time) on  July 17, 2019 July 26, 2019, at MAG, 302 North First Avenue, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85003.

FY 2020 Technology Support for the Rural Transportation Incubator

The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2020 Rural Transportation Incubator. The purpose of the project is provide technology support that results in enhancing access to transportation services for older adults with low incomes in rural areas. The project will be completed in a maximum of four (4) months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $25,500.

Detailed proposal requirements may be obtained by contacting the MAG Office at the address indicated below or may be downloaded from http://www.azmag.gov, then “RFPs and RFQs.” For further information, please submit questions in writing by contacting Nancy Knoche (contact information to the right) not later than ten (10) working days prior to the closing date of July 17, 2019. Responses to questions will be posted on MAG’s website at http://www.azmag.gov under “RFPs and RFQs” no later than six (6) working days prior to the closing date of July 17, 2019.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time) on July 17, 2019, at MAG, 302 North First Avenue, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85003.

Bidders/Proposers List. Failure to complete a bidder's list and attach email confirmation to the Proposal will result in disqualification.

Even if no bids are submitted, the email verifying that a Bidder/Proposer list has been created must be attached with the application. FY 2020 Economic Analysis Consultant for the Sun Corridor Value Impact Analysis (VIA) Program

The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2020 Economic Analysis Consultant for the Sun Corridor Value Impact Analysis (VIA) Program. The purpose of the project is to develop a methodology to better understand the value and economic benefits of large and high capacity transportation investments in the Sun Corridor. The project will be completed in a maximum of 12 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $250,000.

FY 2019 Regional Bus Rapid Transit Feasibility Study

The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2019 Regional Bus Rapid Transit Feasibility Study. The purpose of the project is to gauge the interest in and feasibility of implementing BRT in the MAG region, and to recommend a preliminary set of locations where a regional BRT network could connect to planned City of Phoenix investments. The project will be completed in a maximum of eighteen (18) months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $350,000.
